SeaStar Solutions Safe-T Rotary Steering Helms – QUICK CONNECT HELM-DUAL – Dual Helm Safe-T Quick-Connect (SH-4952P)
Precision die-cast gears driving helical-wound cable provides control with minimum lost motion.
Compact rotary helm unit with 3/4″ tapered shaft occupies minimum space behind dashboard.
Quick-response of 3 turns lock-to-lock. Stainless steel cable output ends.
For boats up to 24′ in length using single engines and steering wheels up to 16″ diameter.
Twin cable system recommended for boats that exceed 50 mph or experience steering instability from engine flutter.
